Ellen Sax's handmade place cards

Through Table Artistry, Ellen Sax creates escort cards, table numbers, menus, and place cards adorned with beads, ribbon, seashells, feathers, and other decorative elements. Sax works with planners to create a custom look for paper goods, tabletop decor, or for an entire event. Calligraphy is done by Jan Boyd Calligraphy in West Roxbury. Sax says she can also work on-site, adding finishing touches like napkin folds, escort card displays, gift bags, and favors. All paper items can be purchased separately. Pricing starts at $2 each for place cards, and goes up to $12 each for napkin rings and embellishments.
