PROPS: Where to Get Giant Scissors

Grand openings and ribbon cuttings go hand-in-hand with big ceremonial scissors, but the large-handled prop isn't always easy to find. Some prop houses rent small pairs (a mere 1? feet), or ones that don't really cut, but if you want a larger, working pair, Golden Openings can custom design 34-inch-long scissors in stainless steel, chrome or 24-karat gold, with colored handles and an engraved logo.
