Sexy Tables Planned for Diffa Benefit

The Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS (Diffa) Dining by Design benefit always holds the promise of spectacular decor, and this year's event on February 5 at the Hammerstein Ballroom should be no exception. According to New York magazine, Hairspray director John Waters is partnering with David Rockwell to create a "twenty-foot-tall wall of wigs." And Avi Adler's Taittinger champagne-sponsored table will feature "a well-muscled young man wearing only a G-string and gold body paint."
