Swarovski Dinner
Swarovski hosted a dinner to celebrate its commissioned installation from architect Jeanne Gang, "Thinning Ice," for Design Miami. About 125 guests attended the Shiraz Events-designed December 2 event at Cecconi’s at Soho Beach House.

Some 50 guests gathered at a private home in Forest Hill for one of the largest of the Grand Cru dinner parties. Inspired by Louis XIV and Marie Antoinette, the event took place in an elegant tent that took six days to build out. A plexiglass floor covered an existing swimming pool, while chandeliers and decorative lamps added a warm glow to the gold-and-white space.

New Yorkers for Children Fall Gala
In September, New Yorkers for Children celebrated its fall gala at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York. David Stark’s table designs had an organic look with high and low glass containers filled with moss, ferns, and candles, and low arrangements in birch-wrapped vases.
