The N.B.A. launched the Big Tour in Canada this year, aimed at increasing youth participation in basketball across the country. The Toronto events—exhibition games, wheelchair basketball, and slam-dunk competitions—take place at the Scarborough Town Centre and are expected to draw as many as 75,000 fans.
