If you design the Grammys after-party, write books about parties and give design advice on TV shows like The View, expectations for your wedding are likely to run pretty high. So last weekend's civil union ceremony between event producer David Tutera and Ryan Jurica (a vice president of Tutera's company) in Manchester, Vermont, had guests expecting something special. The resulting festivities—which had a pretty, but masculine pale blue-brown-burgundy color scheme—were such a big production that we hear the locals were asking if Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck had rescheduled their on-again, off-again nuptials in their town.
