On April 10, Contempo Media took over two floors of the Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto to celebrate the launch of two new magazines. On the 10th floor, a celebration for Sharp magazine's The Book for Men had Jaguar cars, a chef carving station, and a mini-golf putting green. Meanwhile, the hotel's ninth floor had a far more feminine vibe. Showcasing the media group's new S magazine, which is geared toward women, the activation had hairstyling stations, giant paper flowers, and shoes made out of chocolate.
Here's a look at how the event, produced by Candice & Alison, targeted two audiences at once.

Decked with oversize paper flowers, an elaborate sweets display held trifles such as cupcakes and shoes made out of chocolate.

There were also two separate gift bags. The bag promoting S magazine (left) was stuffed with beauty products, while Sharp magazine's bag had grooming goodies for men.
