Skin Will Come Back In

Just when every New York event seems to be about flag waving and anthem singing, news comes of an event with a decidedly pre-September 11 flair: Victoria's Secret will hold its annual lingerie fashion show on November 13 in Bryant Park, according to The New York Post. Last year, the event was at the Cannes Film Festival, but this year the event will put up a tent big enough to accommodate 700 guests on the site of New York's Fashion Week. And during a time when event planners are wondering about the appropriate tone for post-disaster events, Victoria's Secret will bring back the sexy, skin-baring flavor that has characterized many past events.
