Is Ted Turner the new Don Shula? The vice chairman of AOL Time Warner and Jane Fonda's ex plans to launch New York locations of his Ted's Montana Grill restaurant this year, according to Crain's New York. The Gotham locations will be new links in his growing chain of bison meat restaurants in Georgia, Ohio, Tennessee and Colorado.
