Get ready for 2017 with the latest ideas in catering, rentals, and more in and around Atlanta.

Amusement Masters, a national interactive game rental specialist based in Tucker, Georgia, added a one-of-a-kind race course to its inventory for 2017. Competitors on the Adrenalator race up a 15-foot-long moving treadmill at a 27-degree incline, then slide down a 15-foot-long slide. It’s suitable for all ages, and also fits into teambuilding events.

Southern Crust Catering Co., a Charleston, South Carolina-based “wood-fired mobile eatery,” rolled into Atlanta in November. The full-service caterer’s vintage 1953 Chevy is outfitted with a pizza oven and a tap system for serving draft beers. Food packages starts at $25 per person and bar packages start at $15 per person, with options such as wood-fired pizza, salad, focaccia, and dessert—all made with seasonal ingredients. Southern Crust requires at least 50 guests or a $1,250 minimum charge for event reservations.

At Atlanta caterer Proof of the Pudding’s new slider bar, guests can watch chefs in action as they grill burgers and torch toppings. The new “Fireside Slider Bar” debuted in the summer of 2016, and features options such as beef with gouda, caramelized onion, and Dijonaise sauce; Asian chicken with cilantro, sprouts, and a chef’s special sauce; or portobello mushroom with roasted red pepper, spinach, and fontina cheese. The slider station is $10 per person, plus chef attendant fees.

Bridge Furniture & Props, which boasts locations in Atlanta, New York, and Los Angeles, updated its inventory recently with Mitchell Gold & Bob Williams’s sleek lounge and loveseat from the furniture brand’s Major Collection. The loveseat and lounge chairs are tufted in black leather with a polished stainless steel finish on the base and work well for a V.I.P. seating area. In Atlanta, Major Collection rentals start at $395 for the loveseat and $295 for the lounge chairs. The loveseat and lounge set is available in multiples in all three locations with high quantities.
