In 2016, New York-based restaurant group Hill Country Barbecue Market plans to open a Boston location in the Fort Point area. The Texas-style barbecue mini chain serves brisket, ribs, and sausages, slow-smoked for many hours and doled out by the pound. The restaurant will also offer large-scale takeout as well as catering, which will include design services to help create the vibe of a proper Texan roadhouse.
