Folks may not have a clue about what they’ll encounter when they enter MGM Grand’s latest attraction, but they are sure to figure things out along the way. In mid-August, the interactive exhibit "CSI: The Experience" will open at the property on the Las Vegas Strip. It will give visitors the opportunity to play the role of a crime scene investigator via hands-on science in a multi-media environment with special effects direct from the CBS series set in Vegas. Participants will learn scientific principles and real investigative techniques as they try to solve one of three crime scene mysteries. From DNA to fingerprint analysis, forensic anthropology, and toxicology, two state-of-the art crime labs will help them piece together the evidence to solve the mystery. The adventure takes about one hour and is suitable for groups of 15 to 2,000 people. Starting with groups of 300 to 350 guests, private experiences may be arranged; admission is $30 per person, and group reservations are available through EMS Exhibits Inc.
