Earlier this summer, the Siegel Group debuted Rumor, a two-story boutique resort that was formerly the St. Tropez Hotel, across from the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Opening with the two-story intimate property's opening is its restaurant: Addiction. The venue serves classic dishes with its own twists for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and room service.
The main restaurant spills out into the courtyard and offers indoor seating for about 50 and outdoor seating for another 50. A private dining room has room for 12 and is adorned with chandeliers and an oversize high communal table. The room overlooks the lounge area so guests can either be part of the scene there or draw curtains for privacy.
Helmed by chef Vic Vegas, Addiction’s signature dishes include crème brûlée oatmeal, a Cuban Reuben, sea bass satay, and Kurobuta karmal pork. The restaurant’s decor includes a portrait of a hot pink knife, fork, and spoon on one of the walls.
