Thai-fusion restaurant Sea: The Thai Experience has joined the culinary lineup at Bally’s Las Vegas. The restaurant is now open for lunch, dinner, and late-night dining. It is available for buyout, with a capacity of 98 for the entire space. There is also one private dining room that seats 30 people.
The restaurant, which opened its first location in Brooklyn in 2002, has a sleek and modern design inspired by Bangkok. The diverse menu offers a variety of specialty Thai and Vietnamese dishes, including grilled lemongrass chicken, tamarind whole fish, classic pork chop, and pineapple curry duck.
Beer, wine, and specialty cocktails (like the suwanmalee, a Thai lychee martini, or the sakuntala, Sea’s signature mojito) are also available.
Sea is open daily from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. and is next to Bally’s Steakhouse.
