Hash House a Go Go, which already has West Sahara and Imperial Palace locations, opened an outpost this month at the M Resort, Spa, and Casino. The new restaurant overlooks the pool and offers views of the Las Vegas Strip in the distance. The venue serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner for all-day entertaining or midmeeting refreshment in a casual, relaxed environment.
The restaurant’s decor goes for a look that blends farm and urban inspirations. Black-and-white farm photos, a modern bar, and booth and outdoor deck seating round out the look. There's room for 200 inside and 75 outside.
Breakfast items include farm scrambles (roasted chicken, fresh corn, roasted red peppers, and mozzarella), flapjacks and waffles (varieties include blueberry pecan, blackberry granola, butterscotch almond, and mango coconut), and farm Benedicts (crispy hand-hammered pork tenderloin, smoked bacon, fresh tomato, fresh spinach, roasted red pepper cream).
For a hearty lunch, there are one-pound stuffed burgers (two patties with stuffing in between, like apple-smoked bacon and mashed potato or roasted red pepper and griddled smoked mozzarella). And for dinner, the restaurant serves the likes of griddled chili-crusted Indiana maple-leaf duck breasts and a 14-ounce New York steak with hardwood smoked bacon, charred tomato, roasted onion, and baby green beans on a bed of smoked cheddar scallion mashed potatoes.
