Mastro’s Ocean Club, the upscale steak and seafood restaurant with outposts in southern California and Arizona, has a new location in the 500,000-square-foot Crystals retail development at CityCenter.
The soaring centerpiece of the bilevel venue is an 80-foot sculptural tree house made of hand-crafted mahogany beams and sapele wood, designed by architect David Rockwell and the Rockwell Group.
The curved white leather booths and banquets inside the tree house comprise the main dining room, and Mastro’s also has a dining terrace with windows that overlook Crystals. The grand bar and piano lounge offer live entertainment.
Upstairs (by way of an elevator) are three private dining rooms equipped with audiovisual capabilities and windows on one side overlooking Crystals. Mastro’s Ocean Club accommodates bookings for groups of 12 to 100 guests and is also available for full buyout, with seating for 300 guests.
Among its vast array of dinner selections are a three-tiered iced seafood tower, bone-in filet, lobster mashed potatoes, and warm butter cake. Mastro’s also serves lunch.
