The Light Group's new Union Restaurant & Lounge sprawls adjacent to the casino floor at Aria, but still feels separate enough from the action for entertaining or events. The 5,828-square-foot dining room has an unusual design—marked by curved pieces of decorative wood—created by architect Adam Tihany.
A menu dominated by steak is on offer in the open dining room, and signature cocktails are the focus in the lounge. Union has a private room for 20. It is available for buyout with a capacity of about 350 for a reception or 220 for a seated event.
Apart from Union's signature steaks, the menu also includes lighter fare like organic chicken and Chilean sea bass—plus a two-pound Maine lobster.
In addition to the dining room and full-service bar and lounge, Union has high-definition plasma screens.
