Pure Management Group has relaunched its sushi and pan-Asian restaurant Social House in Crystals at CityCenter, after the eatery originally opened in 2006. "The new location in Crystals at CityCenter inspired us to elevate the Social House brand, which is known for innovative pan-Asian cuisine and unrivaled decor," said Pure C.E.O. Ned Collett in an announcement.
The dining room has a capacity of 100. A lounge seats 12, and the terrace accommodates 64. A private dining room holds 12. Menus are customized for events, and buyouts are available any night of the week.
The design and decor is meant to radiate warmth and intimacy while creating a sense of tranquility. Dark woods are incorporated with rich brown, red, and orange. Some design elements have carried over from the original location, like a prayer wheel that decks the outside of the space.
Executive chef Joe Elevado's menu is meant to be shared family style. Offerings include sushi and sashimi, a 24-ounce prime bone-in rib-eye, and desserts like "tempura corn pop ice cream" (sweet corn ice cream, peanut caramel, and chocolate perles).
Social House offers a vast array of sake options, plus wines, teas, and cocktails. The Siphon coffee machine, which uses vapor pressure and is imported from Japan, is billed as one of only six in the United States and the first in Las Vegas.
