Earlier this month, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino introduced its newest restaurant, 35 Steaks & Martinis. The main dining room holds 135, the bar and lounge 35, and there's a private dining area for 12.
Decor accents include custom chrome-plated chandeliers suspended from the main room, as well as black pearl glass pendants and white shell sconces in the private dining area. The bar and lounge area has chrome and glass shelving. Apropos of the restaurant's host venue, rock ’n’ roll influences are seen in raw black-and-white photography throughout the space.
Signature dishes include the Tomahawk Steak, a 35-day aged, 35-ounce prime steak. For small bites, the lounge offers specialty bar snacks late into the night.
Drinks include the 35 Gimlet, made with cucumber-essence Hendrick’s Gin, as well as the Spicy Signature Serrano Martini, with Belvedere Intense vodka, fresh lime juice, and serrano pepper. The extensive wine list includes “Wines that Rock,” offering Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin labels, as well as other varieties.
