1. EA Sports Bar

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas has partnered with EA Sports to create Las Vegas's first EA Sports Bar, powered by Sharp Aquos. The venue experience includes Sony PlayStation 3 game consoles, a selection of EA Sports games, high-definition LED televisions broadcasting the day's sporting events, and a lively bar set among nine living-room-style vignettes. The 25,000-square-foot venue accommodates 125.

2. 1OAK

The Light Group opened doors to the 16,000-square-foot 1OAK at the Mirage Hotel & Casino in the former Jet space on New Year's Eve, in a partnership with New York-based lifestyle and hospitality company Butter Group. International design firm Munge Leung executed the interior design vision for 1OAK’s Las Vegas outpost, which was conceptualized collaboratively between the Light Group and the Butter Group. Artist Roy Nachum incorporated original works of art into the look.

3. Seǹƒor Frog’s Restaurant & Bar

Seǹƒor Frog’s Restaurant & Bar at Treasure Island offers edgy decor and interactive servers in an informal environment. The bar offers souvenir glasses filled with beer, margaritas, or other cocktails, and it also offers a frozen daiquiri bar. The extensive menu offers casual Mexican fare. The indoor-outdoor venue offers five bars as well as 22,000 square feet of dining space, two V.I.P. lounges, and a large patio. Overall it seats about 586 guests, with views of the Las Vegas Strip and the "Sirens of TI" show.

4. Bagatelle Beach & Nightclub

Bagatelle America partners Remi Laba and Aymeric Clemente, along with the One Group, have opened Bagatelle Beach & Nightclub at Tropicana Las Vegas over Memorial Day weekend. Following the announcement in March of the pool and nightclub acquisition at the property, construction began on the venue, which will serve as a dayclub and nightclub.

5. Laugh Factory

The Laugh Factory and Tropicana Las Vegas have launched a new, multivenue comedy program. Fun World Media partnered with Laugh Factory to build the new comedy experiences, and the first stage of the rollout was the April 9 opening of Laugh Factory Las Vegas, a showroom with plans to bring top comedians. 6. Carlos’n Charlie’s

Flamingo Las Vegas opened the first West Coast location of high-energy Mexican eatery Carlos’n Charlie’s in April. The bar and restaurant take up more than 8,000 square feet, with a dining room with seating for 150, and a terrace overlooking the Flamingo pool and gardens accommodating an additional 150. The large bar seats 40, bringing the venue’s full seating capacity to 340, with additional space for gathering and dancing.

7. Swingers Club

Located on the main casino floor of the newly renovated Plaza Hotel and Casino, Swingers Club occupies 5,000 square feet and has room for about 350. A nine-hole mini-golf course runs around the perimeter of the room, with holes that have themes such as Elvis and the Grand Canyon. The room is divided by a central horseshoe-shaped bar that divides the two sides of the golf course. It also provides a natural separation between the more high-energy side, which offers dueling pianos, karaoke, and a stage, and the more low-key portion of the course with big-screen TVs, seating, and casual areas for socializing.

8. Lily Bar & Lounge

The Light Group opened Lily Bar & Lounge at Bellagio Resort & Casino in February, taking the place of the Caramel Bar & Lounge. The 3,387-square-foot lounge is on the resort’s casino floor.

9. Hyde Bellagio

SBE's Hyde Bellagio opened on New Year's Eve, with design by Philippe Starck with Gulla Jonsdottir of G Design. The 12,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor space includes the Northern Terrace, which holds 50 and sits directly on the water of Lake Bellagio. It has windows, a glass wall, and access to a private bathroom. The Southern Terrace, which holds 60, sits opposite the garden and has a large, glass-backed bar.

10. Dom DeMarco's Pizzeria & Bar

New York's Dom DeMarco's Pizzeria & Bar opened in Summerlin in December, offering its signature pizza as well as salads, pasta, wine, and 12 craft beers on tap. There's a lively bar scene with TVs, and chef Enzo DeIuliis helms the kitchen. The space also has a patio that seats close to 80 guests.
