United Way Hires New Executive Committee in Miami

A nonprofit that aims to help kids and families lead successful lives by improving their health, meeting their basic needs, and encouraging civic involvement, the United Way of Miami-Dade recently appointed a new slate of officers, directors, and trustees for 2007. Among the names were board chairman Tony Argiz, president and C.E.O. of Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra; treasurer Peter Bermont, managing director for Morgan Keegan; and secretary Rudolph Moise, osteopathic physician and surgeon for the Comprehensive Health Center.
