Touch Catering Goes Kosher

Touch Catering is entering the kosher market with the launch of Glatt Kosher Touch Catering. This new division will be located in Hallandale and will be run under the supervision of Kosher Miami, since food items must meet complex and detailed requirements of Jewish law under a rabbi's supervision to be deemed kosher. According to owner David Tornek, this will make them "the only kosher caterer in South Florida that can create full-service event productions, as well as unparalleled [event] planning."
