Former Pacific Time Chef Moves to Santo

Pacific Time's closing turned out to be a blessing in disguise for its former sous chef Cory Smith. As a result, he was given the opportunity to become the new executive chef of Santo restaurant. The brainchild of Carlos Tellez and Luis Rivas, the duo that launched several Mexican hot spots, the Miami Beach eatery can accommodate as many as 150 patrons inside and outside.
