South Florida grown Café Ala Carte is expanding to Tampa by the end of August. This latest venture hopes to parallel the success of its sole existing sister franchise, which has serviced the New York tristate region for two years.
Customers should expect "the same excellent service, fabulous presentation, and display that all of our clients have come to know in Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties," said owner Bonnie Fimiano.
If Tampa proves to be a good market, Fimiano expressed interest in adding a franchise in Orlando next.
