New Openings at Fontainebleau

When the Fontainebleau Resort reopens on November 14 after a $1 billion renovation and the addition of two new towers, it will have 11 restaurants. It will feature three signature eateries: the Michelin Guide star-rated Gotham Steak from chef Alfred Portale; Scarpetta, from chef Scott Conant; and Michelin star-rated Hakkasan, from chef Alan Yau. Executive chef Sean O'Connell will oversee the hotel's other restaurants. The new Fontainebleau will feature 107,000 square feet of indoor meeting space and 1,504 guest rooms throughout four towers.
