Located in the heart of downtown Miami, Rybak's Café celebrated its grand opening yesterday. This laid back bistro features a moderately priced international cuisine, bar and lounge area, live entertainment, and coffee shop. The 204-seat restaurant has a relaxed cigar room ambience, with metallic earth tones, copper walls, and brown marble floor tiles, complete with chocolate leather banquettes, wooden tables, and a crescent shaped bar and stage.
A floor-to-ceiling wine cellar displays the restaurant's extensive selection of wines to compliment executive chef Garrette Gray's menu of Jamaican-Asian cuisine.
Rybak's Café serves lunch, dinner, and late night bites-open until 1 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays-with the coffee shop remaining open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Valet parking is available.
