The New York Times angered some guests by hiring an actor to play a homeless man at an event with an "Everything New York" theme, reports New York magazine. Held at a lavish West Side loft, the party helped relaunch of the paper's service Web site, NewYorkToday.com. The night also included the re-creation of a graffiti-covered bus sheltor and another actor portraying a cop who tackled and beat up the fake bum. "Ha ha, police brutality," a witness told the mag. "What's next, the Auschwitz party?"
