The Grammys Stay in L.A.

The Grammys won't be back in New York next year. Blame the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences' (NARAS) relationship with L.A.'s Staples Center, and its feud with Mayor Rudy Giuliani. NARAS' president told The New York Times, "If you look at which city has the greater likelihood for there not to be any political intrigue to get in the way, it is L.A. at this moment."
