VENUE: New, Huge Raw Space in Chelsea

Combining a chic neighborhood (it's just up the street from the Park) and an industrial warehouse look, Eyebeam Atelier is Chelsea's latest special event venue. The 11,000-square-foot space is as raw as it gets: lots of exposed brick, cement and piping. Outside caterers are allowed, but all booking must take place through Joseph Cady of Joseph Cady Events. The venue has an eight-hour day rate of $9,500, and can accommodate as many as 750 for cocktails and 450 for a sit-down dinner. --Suzanne Ito
