New York's traditional Feast of St. Anthony street fair won't happen this summer. For the first time in 50 years, St. Anthony's Church on the corner of Houston and Sullivan will not hold the annual two-week festival. According to The New York Post's Liz Smith, you can blame rising operational costs, new local city ordinances restricting wine stands and games of chance, and complaints about the feast from neighborhood boutiques, caf?s and shops.
