The man behind New York dining favorites Gramercy Tavern and Eleven Madison Park is venturing into another realm of American cuisine: barbeque. According to Food & Wine magazine, the restaurateur Danny Meyer plans to open a new barbeque and wine restaurant on East 27th called Blue Smoke by the end of the year.
