Here's a raw space in a different part of town: Studio 7 is a 4,000-square-foot film and photography studio looking down into the heart of Chinatown. It has two large skylights and 30 windows, offering ample natural light, roof access, an audio system, a full chef's kitchen and gorgeous hardwood floors. Owner Paul Gerben, who also works as a graphic designer, told us the space was booked through September to shoot E! Entertainment Television's A. J. After Hours talk show with gossip A. J. Benza, but the show was canceled, so for a last-minute event, it's available now. The space can hold 400 guests for cocktails, or seat 250 to 300. --Suzanne Ito
