New York could be losing one of its most unusual event venues. The New York Post reported that Israeli investor Jonathan Leitersdorf has listed the 8,000-square-foot triplex penthouse at 704 Broadway--which he rents as Sky Studios--with Sotheby's Realty for $27 million. (That price would make it the priciest loft sale in the history of Manhattan, according to Corcoran Group's Scott Durkin.) The venue has a screening room, a 4,000-square-foot terrace and a rooftop swimming pool made semifamous in a Sex and the City episode.
