Moynihan Station Awaits Friday Approval

On Friday, the state's Public Authorities Control Board will vote on the plans for Moynihan Station, which include a post office, retail space, new Long Island Railroad and New Jersey Transit hubs, and perhaps a hotel. According to The New York Sun, the vote will not include the larger plan proposed in March to move Madison Square Garden one block west to the west side of the current Farley Post Office and soon-to-be Moynihan Station.
