After almost 22 years as the director of catering at the Marriott Marquis, Joseph Cozza has left the hotel for Cipriani USA. Cozza started working for the Marquis before it opened, a few years after he helped open the Grand Hyatt. As the vice president of sales and marketing at Cirpriani, Cozza is representing all of the company’s spaces, including the Rainbow Room, Cipriani 42nd Street, and Cipriani Wall Street.
