Gawker, Crashers, and the Party PR Conundrum

In addition to bothering the event folks at MTV Networks (we’re betting), Gawker is also soliciting info about media-industry parties to create a crasher-ready map of the festivities. No doubt the planners for these parties will be annoyed, but after they address the security concerns, they might consider themselves lucky to be planning holiday bashes that people actually want to attend (or, at least, that people want to write about).
