For the Public Art Fund's gala at the Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers, caterer Abigail Kirsch filled a deep bowl full of sesame seeds (which looked like sand upon first glance) and stood small smoked chicken taquitos with a dollop of lime avocado salsa on top. Red and yellow gerbera daisies added to its summertime
look.
