Known for its retro-meets-modern photo booth, Leander, Texas-based Silvercloud Trailer Events now offers a similar bar option too. The Silvercloud mobile bar is a full-service bar setup housed inside a vintage Airstream trailer. Packages begin at $1,199 for three hours; additional time can be added on for $299 per hour. Bartending staff is included, but planners can choose to use a contracted caterer's bartender instead. The company’s photo booth trailer can be rented along with the mobile bar trailer; pricing for both begins at $2,999 for four hours, with additional hours available for $649 per hour. Plus, both trailer exteriors can be branded with corporate logos or other artwork.
Texas-based fast-casual chain Verts Mediterranean Grill launched off-site catering in July in the Austin, Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio areas. Three options are available, including a boxed lunch with pita chips and hummus that serves 15 to 40 people at $9.95 per person, while the Mediterranean buffet serves from 15 to more than 200 guests and is priced at $10.95 per person and comes with beef, lamb, chicken, falafel, hummus, tzatziki, yellow rice, and more to build bowls and salads. A pita chip spread with hummus, spicy red pepper sauce, and tzatziki is also available and serves 15 to 200 at $3.95 per person.
Austin-based Stems Floral Design & Production now offers an Instagram-worthy photo wall option. The rental price for the photo wall starts at $750, with add-ons such as flowers, letters, custom logos, and other items available at an additional cost.Â
