Here's a closer look at Dallas/Fort Worth's newest eateries, drinking spots, hotels, conference areas, private rooms, and other spaces available for events this spring. The new and renovated Dallas/Fort Worth venues are available for corporate parties, weddings, fundraisers, outdoor functions, business dinners, team-building activities, conferences, meetings, and more.
The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas

After converting from a Four Seasons last year, ultra-luxury resort The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas debuted 124 redesigned villas in January, each with separate living areas, dining areas, and outdoor spaces. The new villas, some of which are as large as 2,000 square feet, feature amenities like a dedicated concierge, pre-keyed curbside check-in, and a personalized honor bar, as well as separate living, dining, and outdoor areas. The hotel also includes 427 traditional guest rooms. Elsewhere across the 400-acre property, guests can enjoy the stunning outdoor pool, get pampered in the on-site spa and salon, work out at the Nelson Sports & Golf Club, and enjoy dry-aged steaks and house-made pastas at John Tesar’s Knife Italian retaurant. More than 80,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space is available for group gatherings up to 1,500 guests.

HALL Park Hotel

HALL Park Hotel opened across the street from The Star in Frisco in October. The hotel, which is part of the Marriott Autograph Collection, includes 224 rooms and suites adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows, eye-catching artwork, and upscale amenities. Twelve event spaces total more than 23,000 square feet of meeting space, ranging from a 20-seat boardroom to a 4,000-square-foot ballroom that accommodates 280 for banquets and 375 for cocktail receptions. The outdoor meeting areas overlook Kaleidoscope Park, a public green space and community gathering spot just steps from the hotel’s door. Guests can also enjoy on-site restaurant Palato Italian Kitchen, an outdoor pool and bar, and complimentary bikes for exploring the neighborhood.

Hotel Indigo Irving – Las Colinas

December 2024 brought the opening of Hotel Indigo Irving – Las Colinas, a 151-room property with more than 5,000 square feet of versatile meeting and event space. The decor throughout the hotel features materials inspired by the local surroundings, from the lasso-like light fixtures to the mockingbird art installation at the front desk. Several distinct settings are available for groups, including the 3,100-square-foot John W. Carpenter Ballroom, which accommodates as many as 300 guests; the outdoor Flossie Belle Garden with space for 35; and the indoor-outdoor KLIO Patio, with space for as many as 100.

The Loft at Gilley's Dallas

The Loft at Gilley’s Dallas in Cedars underwent a renovation in August 2024. The vibe here is glam meets historic, with updates including redesigned bars, new lounge furniture, added lighting, and repainted and finished wood accents. The space, which includes a 12-by-20-foot stage with built-in sound and lighting, spans 4,020 square feet inside, and a 3,000-square-foot patio offers panoramic views of downtown Dallas. In total, the venue accommodates 225 for cocktail parties and 175 for seated meals. Catering is provided through G Texas Catering.

The Chumley House

Fort Worth welcomed The Chumley House in November 2024. Inside, the upscale restaurant seats 90, with an additional 25 seats on the outdoor patio. Throughout the restaurant, old-world decor elements like tufted banquettes, plaid rugs, mahogany crown moldings, and herringbone floors create a London-inspired atmosphere. Offering a new spin on the steakhouse experience, the menu blends a la carte steaks, classic British dishes, and creative presentations of Indian cuisine, with options as wide-ranging as dry-aged bone-in ribeye, beef Wellington, and butter chicken pie.

MiYa Chinese

Lakewood welcomed MiYa Chinese in November 2024. Offering an upscale Chinese dining experience, the 3,000-square-foot restaurant seats 100 diners. The menu includes Chinese and dim sum specialties, from dumplings and spring rolls to hand-pulled dan dan noodles and Mongolian beef.

Roti Grill

In November 2024, Northern Indian restaurant Roti Grill relocated its Knox Street location to a nearby 3,300-square-foot space. Unlike its other two outposts, the new one includes the addition of an 80-seat dining room and bar. The new location feels bright and vibrant, with stenciled artwork, colorful florals, and other decorative details. On the menu, dishes like chicken vindaloo, lamb korma, and vegetable samosas are served alongside a cocktail list highlighting Indian ingredients and flavors.

Le Bistrot Bar Sardine

Le Bistrot Bar Sardine opened in Snider Plaza in December 2024. Helmed by France’s own chef Elliot Azoulay, this 30-seat Parisian-style bistro brings an authentic taste of France to Dallas. The menu features dishes like escargot with parsley butter, seared scallops with caviar, truffle frites, and chocolate mousse.
