When The Guest House at Graceland opens in October, nostalgia will once again reign in the King’s birthplace of Memphis, Tennessee. Conference organizers planning for attendees with a hankering for the good ol’ days of rock ’n’ roll are already booking the 450-room property, which also has a 464-seat theater, two on-site restaurants and 17,300 square feet of meeting space. Stax Museum of American Soul Music The museum is home to a real 1906 Mississippi Delta church, Isaac Hayes’ custom Cadillac Eldorado and a replica of a vintage recording studio. Stax hosts private dinners and events for up to 450.
Sun Studio Organize a private tour of the recording studio where Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins and Elvis put their sound on vinyl in the 1950s. Sessions are still recorded here regularly for a show on PBS.
