Take guests back in time through a navigated history of wine led by historical figures. Wine educator Christine Ansbacher puts together programs that mix lessons on the finer points of wine with amusing anecdotes from famous connoisseurs, like Thomas Jefferson and Napoleon, who show up in the form of appropriately costumed actors. A grand finale to every program: Ansbacher slices off the top of a champagne bottle with a military saber. Programs range between $1,500 and $2,000 (sans wine). --Jill Musguire
