Co-owners Brian Joyce and Richard Streitler founded Flourish Floral Productions Inc. in 2003, and have worked with clients such as Nascar and Guerlain. Producing about 30 corporate events a year, the duo is know for taking a client's concept and kicking it up a notch—ask for a Halloween theme, for instance, and you might wind up with something inspired by a Tim Burton movie.
