For YMCA's Chromatics Athletic Night benefitting the YMCA of Greater Toronto, a charity to give back to the community, locally based Candice&Alison Events Group created a monochromatic tablescape. Playing into the Y's countless programs promoting healthy lifestyles and keeping kids active, decor included basketballs, free weights, miniature model boats, and other children's toys—all colored green.

Jessica Leigh Clark-Bojin, the Vancouver-based pie artist and mastermind behind Pies Are Awesome, told BizBash that she loves to play with her food. And in a playful nod to her friends' love of the word game Wordle, Clark-Bojin created this edible masterpiece. Can you guess the word yet?

Instead of pastel bunnies and frilly wicker baskets, New York-based David Stark Design challenged himself to rethink the typical for this Easter table. Cue what he referred to as the "impossible stack," inspired by artist Constantin Brâncuși. The gravity-defying tablescape surprised both guests and Stark himself, with towering, green-and-blue-hued Easter eggs.

To bring to a "space odyssey" event theme to life, Innovation Lighting, from Burnabay, B.C. hung inflatable, light-up planets from the ceiling. The out-of-this-world design element was created in partnership with commercial event and entertainment producer Bluegreen Productions.

Stamford, Conn.-based Marcia Selden Catering jazzed up corporate catering with its signature savory linzer cookie and roasted tomato jam. Cut into the shape of a flower and served on a "stem," the treat made for a photo-worthy, one-bite hors d'oeuvres that played perfectly into the event's timing in spring.

For Floyd Mayweather's birthday party, Los Angeles-based Wright Productions decked out a nightclub in "Air Mayweather"-branded airplanes, which hung from the space's vaulted ceilings alongside crystal balls dripping in greenery.

Looking to sweeten up a private or corporate event? Look no further than a candy cart courtesy of Sweet Gallerie. The San Diego-based small business allows customers to completely customize the cart—from branding options to display company logos to vast selections of sweet, spicy, and salty treats.

To create a floral fantasy, Sara Renee Events teamed up with experiential and design firm Cerka Creative to immerse guests in a field of 450,000 pink flowers. Complete with crystal chandeliers, rose gold-colored glassware, and a blush bar, for one night, attendees truly saw la vie en rose.

For an over-the-top event at the Faena Forum in Miami, Levy NYC Design & Production traveled from its home base in New York City to create an iteration of its iconic "float system" lighting installation. Colorfully lit bulbs hung above the dance floor and wowed guests with a kinetic light show set to music by Earth, Wind & Fire and DJ service Coleman Music.

For a Spanish rose-themed celebration Fab Fete Event Boutique in Thornhill, Ont. created golden maracas as party favors. In a perfectly curated nod to the Latin theme, each shaker donned a lacy ribbon and gracias notecard.
