The efforts of event designers 5th Element Events included stage design, audiovisual and lighting design, and decor components. Massive floral arrangements topped colourful gel-filled martini glasses on tables and display risers, which created very unique sightlines. The evening's Ultra-Cool theme was made complete by ice carvings that chilled out the room and added a subtle Canadian appeal.
