Crustacean Adds Catering Arm

After giving guests of Crash financier Bob Yari’s Oscar party a taste of the flavor, Crustacean restaurant has just officially launched its first full catering operation. Catherine An (sister of proprietor Elizabeth) has recently joined the family business and will be heading up all catering and special events. The new catering menu will include international dishes like roasted salmon over bamboo with Thai basil; Vietnamese sushi rolls; lobster corn dogs; and chicken matzo ball soup.

This year marks the 35th year since the An clan first opened their 26-seat deli in San Francisco, and the 10th year since Crustacean opened in Beverly Hills. The family is planning a three-day anniversary party event scheduled for November.
