Restaurant Reopens for the Fall

The 120-seat Vita Garden restaurant in South Beach has reopened for the fall with a couple of changes. While the menu and Italian classic movie reels remain untouched, owner Roberto Caan has added a new glass bar, additional lighting, and plenty of flower beds and plants to the mix. To keep things fresh and hip, he's also planning a new 2007 concept for the indoor space.
