Trifecta features 20-foot-high ceilings, leather everywhere (columns, couches, ottomans, armchairs), 17 plasma TVs, and an eight- by 15-foot video screen wall. Two private rooms are available for as many as 40 people, but the entire space holds 300. A menu of modern American cuisine comes from chef Will Gotay (Citizen Smith, Mastro’s), featuring a whole course of sliders (lobster, pulled pork, beef tenderloin), salads, and seafood, pasta and meat entrées, all under sports-theme titles like “Winner’s Circle” and “Race 1, 2, or 3.” Hardball Productions oversees all event operations. —Lesley Balla
