Occasions Caterers executive pastry chef Santiago Corral is now concocting hand-formed drizzle lollipops—delicate desserts that come in a variety of flavors, including dark chocolate with a fresh raspberry and raspberry dust, white chocolate with curry powder, dark chocolate with fleur de sel and gold leaf, milk chocolate with saffron, and heart-shaped peppermint candy. Available with or without full-service catering, the pops are suitable as gifts or office or meeting treats. Planners select a range of favorite flavors and the caterer will box an assortment; the price is $20 per dozen with a minimum order of 12 pops.
