Sterling Caviar recently launched its Kilo Club, which provides members four 250-gram shipments of the company’s signature caviar throughout the year for an annual fee of $1,710 (includes shipping, tax, and caviar accoutrements). The shipments are timed to arrive ahead of four major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day. Plus, a portion of the proceeds from the Thanksgiving shipment will be donated to chef José Andrés’s World Central Kitchen.
