Oscar & Associates Inc., a Chicago-based company that specializes in photography and other imaging services for national trade shows, recently announced its purchase of EventGallery LLC, a local corporate and social event photography firm.
The acquisition will expand Oscar & Associates's offerings to include instant printing and green screen photography; it will also allow EventGallery to service corporate clients in markets across the country and throughout the year, as opposed to working with them only on local, one-off events.
